「40x Short Whale」 BTC Short Position Exceeds $100 Million, Only 1.4% Away from Liquidation Price
Prefer us on GoogleBlockBeats News, September 12th, according to HyperInsight monitoring, the wallet address starting with 0xa523, known as the "40x Short Whale," further increased its BTC short position by 135.11 coins, with the current position worth approximately $100.6 million and an unrealized loss of about $2.585 million. The whale is using 40x leverage, with an average entry price of approximately $112,300; the current liquidation price is around $115,200, only 1.4% above the current price, exacerbating the liquidation risk.
Within a month, this address has already lost $43.4 million, surpassing Aguila Trades, insider trader qwatio, and JamesWynn, becoming the biggest loser on Hyperliquid.
